Our third "Eminent Chefs Dinner" will be hosted by another great husband and wife team, Café Kati’s Kirk Webber and Tina Kwok, noted for their personal style, their new American cuisine, and their fanciful arrangements. The dinner will be at the home of Mr. Jonathan Leong on Thursday, September 16. Champagne at 7, dinner at 8. $150 per person.

CAN YAN COOK!
Come meet Martin Yan, world-famous master chef, author, and long-time host of the PBS popular series Yan Can Cook, at our second "Eminent Chefs Dinner" on Friday, August 6, at the Atrium Restaurant, The Village, in Corte Madera. Yan’s gift for culinary creation and his exuberant teaching style have taken the world to a new level of understanding and enjoyment of Chinese cuisine. Champagne at 7, dinner at 8. $150 per person. Proceeds from all "Eminent Chefs Dinners" benefit the Chinese Culture Center.

BROUGHT DOWN THE HOUSE
Husband and wife team Larry and Angela Tse of House Restaurant turned out sumptuous, delectable dishes artfully combining Asian and Western ingredients and techniques at our first "Eminent Chefs Dinner" on June 23. Held at the home of Ms. Eleanor Chang and Mr. Kim Kellett, the dinner was a delightful inauguration of our "Eminent Chefs Dinner" series. The event was attended by twenty-four guests who enjoyed an evening of merriment and great food. We are grateful to Larry and Angela for this latest of their many contributions to Center fundraisers.
