cloth). The recipes and the glossary are in English and Chinese with Cantonese
transliteration, which makes shopping for the ingredients easy.
Come and savor the written as well as the spoken words of Grace Young when she signs her
book and gives a lecture in our auditorium on Sunday, August 15, at 2 p.m. Admission to
the lecture is free, but bring your wallet! You'll want to buy the book, and afterwards
you are going to either: a) make a mad dash for the nearest restaurant in hopes of finding
something from the book on its menu or: b) raid the nearest Chinatown market for the
ingredients so you can start trying out a recipe the minute you get home!
