Raymond Fong, wine connoisseur and proprietor of Wine Impression, will give a lecture on the basics of pairing Western wine with Chinese food during a sumptuous eight-course dinner. It provides a rare opportunity to learn about Eastern and Western traditions. All proceeds to benefit the Chinese Culture Center.
