從1991年到2007年，近兩百名青年學員背起行囊，帶著父母的心願和自己心中的夢，展開他們的尋根之旅。他們從舊金山唐人街到祖先們生活，奮鬥過的地方，他們來到故鄉的田園，走進祖輩的老屋。抓一把故鄉的泥土，抱一抱祖屋門前的老槐樹，翻看塵封發黃的舊照片，給祖先的墳上添一把土，在祖宗的靈前敬一炷香。星島日報記者黃偉江
