Mandarin learn and play for children:

Mandarin Learn and Play for Children is designed for 3- to 5-year olds, and is held in a classroom across the hall from the adults. Children's class time: 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM

The emphasis for children is on learning a beginning Mandarin vocabulary through songs, games and story telling in a fun and relaxed environment. This is not an immersion program and English is also spoken in the classroom. The children will work on Mandarin vocabulary appropriate to their level of learning. Simple words and phrases and some character recognition is taught through worksheets and stories of China. There is discussion and introduction to Chinese culture through crafts and songs. Class size is limited to 10 students.

CLASS FEES
Adult Classes - $135 per person for CCC members, $150 for non-CCC members (books are not included) Children’s Classes - $130 per child for CCC members, $142 per child for non-CCC members

Course books for adult Mandarin can be purchased at the first class. Fee payment is made before the first class. You can sign up for adult class only, children's class only, or both.

TRIAL CLASSES
Students may participate in a one-time trial class for a $10 fee. If you decide to continue, that fee will be applied to the first month's tuition

Brown Bag Lunch Mandarin Class

Tuesday and Thursday,  12:00 pm to 12:45 pm
October through December (10 week course)

• Enjoy your meal and learn to speak Mandarin during lunch
• 45 min class twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday)
• Practical conversational Chinese and word recognition
• Great skill to have for business professionals
• Excellent for beginners and those who need to refresh their basic Chinese
