A past president of the Northern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, she is proud to be back. Her Vision for the Foundation: “I would like the CCC, together with the entire Chinese American community, to root, foster and grow the Him Mark Lai Learning Center. Minna Tao is the General Manager for Recology East Bay. She is excited to continue her work at the Chinese Culture Foundation as Co-Chair, and to continue being involved with the community and support the many wonderful exhibitions at CCF. Her favorites include WOMEN我們 exhibition, and 0-Viewpoint by Stella Zhang in 2010. Minna is also involved in Project Open Hand and National Center of Lesbian Rights.
