Gharrity McNett is the Executive Assistant and Facilities Manager, where he manages the Foundation’s operations and facilities. He has played a key role in facilitating a number of improvements at the Foundation, especially in fundraising and community partnerships.
Gharrity works closely with Mabel Teng, Executive Director to build community relations as well as helping to further the Center’s growths through its development and fundraising strategy.
Originally from Wisconsin, Gharrity moved to San Francisco after receiving his M.A. in Andean Studies with a focus in History from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Gharrity has combined his scholarship in history, exhibit experience at Museo de la Nación in Peru and commitment to discovery and intercultural exchange to the Chinese Culture Foundation.
